Company Profile

Kavak Textile Yarn Inc. was founded in 1952 as a family company in Yesildirek / Istanbul. The initial start up was on fabric weaving and in mean time we became one of the leading textile companies in Turkish market. We started to import fabric from Far East in 1992.

Since 1994 we have been importing various counts of 100% Viscose, 100% Polyester and blends of Polyester/Viscose yarn from India, Indonesia, Taiwan and Thailand.

 

Besides the yarn we also import flax and viscose fibre from Brazil, Belgium and China.

All of the imported yarn in our warehouse is supplied from companies which have ISO 9001 certificate.

Our company continues to advance itself to answer the market demands. Since 2002 we have been producing approximately 65.000kgs of elastaned yarn in various colours and counts per month by using TFO (Two For One) twisting machines at our factory in Beylikduzu / Istanbul.

Various number and blends of uni and melange coloured yarn, suitable for both  weaving and knitting, can always be found at our warehouse.

Besides those, various kinds of fancy yarn can be provided depending on the order.
